Excellency, to mark the Christmas festivities and the arrival of the New Year 2017, the Equatoguinean student colony and the diplomatic personnel assigned to this diplomatic outpost, join with me to wish H. E., the Government and the people of Equatorial Guinea, our warm and effusive greetings for the Christmas festivities, and a prosperous New Year 2017, in the hope that you remain the great figure who teaches, directs and leads us along the correct path.
Mr. President of the Republic, there is a saying that a leader always guides and strives because their aims are the greatest,and this has been the case of H. E. for the people of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. For that reason I would like to express to H. E. in the name of the entire Equatoguinean colony residing in the Republic of Zimbabwe our sincere congratulations, in the hope that the trend continues, this capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship, and you continue to lead us to conquer the horizons which are forever in your dreams.
